Return & Exchange Policy

🔄 Exchange Policy – Tamtaware

At Tamtaware, we are committed to providing high-quality copper bottles, matkas, surais, steel bottles, and related products. To ensure transparency and fairness, our exchange policy is as follows:

✅ 1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange requests will be accepted only if the customer provides a complete 360° open-box delivery video clearly showing:
    • 📦 The package before opening
    • 🎥 The unboxing process without any pause/edit
    • 🔍 The product condition at the time of delivery
  • Without this video proof, no exchange request will be entertained.

📌 2. Valid Reasons for Exchange

  • ❌ Wrong product delivered
  • ⚒️ Manufacturing defect
  • 💔 Product received in damaged condition during transit

🚫 3. Non-Exchangeable Cases

  • No video proof of 360° open-box delivery
  • Change of mind, dislike of color/finish/design
  • Natural variations in polish, shine, or minor marks due to handcrafted nature of copper products
  • Used products or items not in original packaging

⏳ 4. Timeline

Any exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery along with the open-box video. After 48 hours, no claims will be entertained.

📦 5. Exchange Process

Once the exchange request is approved, the customer must return the product in unused condition with original packaging. After quality inspection, a replacement product will be shipped.

⚠️ Important Note: Please ensure to record a clear, continuous, and complete 360° open-box delivery video at the time of receiving the order. This is the only valid proof for processing exchanges.
