Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, our team begins processing it at the earliest. Orders are generally processed within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
During high-demand periods such as festive sales or promotional campaigns, processing timelines may extend slightly. Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery timelines typically range between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and pin code serviceability. Metro cities are usually delivered faster, while remote or semi-urban regions may require additional transit time. Delivery estimates are indicative and subject to operational factors.
Do you charge shipping fees?
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed during checkout before payment is completed. From time to time, TAMTA may offer Free Shipping on selected products, order values, or festive campaigns. Such offers are subject to specific terms and may be modified without prior notice.
How can I track my order?
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your registered mobile number or email. You may use this link to check real-time delivery status, courier movement, and expected delivery dates. If you do not receive details within the processing window, please contact our support team.
What if my order is delayed?
While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, extreme weather, or regional restrictions. In such cases, we request a reasonable extension. TAMTA is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, but we will actively coordinate to resolve any issues.
What happens if the delivery address is incorrect?
Customers must ensure all details (landmark, mobile number, pin code) are accurate at checkout. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, re-shipping charges may apply and shall be borne by the customer.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes, TAMTA currently delivers across PAN India, subject to courier serviceability. If a location is non-serviceable, the customer will be informed promptly, and any payments made will be refunded according to our standard process.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Important: We strongly advise customers to record an unboxing video if the parcel appears tampered, opened, or visibly damaged upon arrival.
Claims related to shipping damage must be raised immediately within the timeline specified in our Return & Exchange Policy to facilitate a quick resolution.
